Long time!

Heya everyone! I missed blogging so much! A lot has happened ever since I started college and one post would not be enough to tell you of all the wonderful things I have experienced. Actually, this month alone had a lot in store for me, both good and bad. I was supposed to write about my uncle’s death today, but I don’t think it would be good to bring up the issue again because I get angry every time I remember the negligence that killed him. So, let’s move on to the positive, shall we? 🙂

I am currently having a love-hate relationship with my Basic Accounting 1 (lol, I thought I would be focusing on the positive? haha) but I’m so happy that so far, my efforts are paying off. I got a passing grade and I am already thankful for that because I was one of the few lucky people who passed the subject. But still, I hope to improve that grade on the second half. I’m really scared because my school, De La Salle University (DLSU), is known for producing excellent accountants and garnering a passing rate of 98% in the CPA board exams. Therefore, it means that it is really one of the primary killer programs in the university. I hope I get to graduate on time and pass all the subjects in one take. I want to become a CPA and make my parents proud! Besides, if I were to proceed to law school, it would be a lot easier. 🙂 I want to become a Dean’s Lister too, just like my sister during her stay in DLSU (oh, and she’s a scholar in UP now too). I have never experienced those kinds of honors things before, I think it would be so awesome to get awards. I also want to do extra-curricular activities too just to experience it. Haha. I have noticed that I am more outgoing this year. I was really shy during high school and I never really thought that I would be this sociable during college because I was the only one who did not attend the summer orientation with my blockmates. I even remember writing that I am a bit scared that I would end up being a loner in school. I had to be friendly, though. If everyone knows each other, I can’t wait for people to come near me and talk to me. That is so pre-school. Sometimes, you just have to be the one to strike up a conversation. Never mind the shy Claudine in high school. Besides, in college, everyone starts off with a clean slate, yeah? So basically, I’m happy with where I am right now. 🙂

So how’s everyone? 😀
